Updates of The Week One Challenge

Hello Dear reader! It was nice to see some of you excited about the challenge! There has been over fifty mails coming over the emails and they showed some promises in their writings and I barely reached half of it!

Unfortunately, there are several hurdles we encountered. The most annoying hurdles are that some of the mails, while not the Majority, are written in bad formatting. The bad formatting here usually consisted of Writing in a doc file, Wall of Text, Lost of first line indents and the worst of all, the phone texting.

Yes, those problems are technical word formatting and I can solve them myself, but doing that would take some times that I could have used to check on others mails. As for those who sent your Essay in file, I will let this slide this time since most documents I read has fine format in it.

So, to prevent anymore unecessary hurdles, I will tell you how to send your text with the correct formatting. First, type in a word document editor and if you are using mobile phone to type, send it over your computer and edit it there, remember the one who will be reading the text is not a robot, but a human.

Next, write all you want! Use any format! Anything is fine as long as it can be read. As such, please AVOID the use of “Times new roman” font because there is no other font that has “Homework” feels on it! Remember, this is a challenge! Not a homework! 

It might be good to mention that you should try to use this format to write at the subject of the mail: 

"Challenge (Number) - (Name) - (Class) - (Tittle)" 

for example 

"Challenge 3 - Mochamad Hilman - 2 D4 CE - How to swim like a rock"

When you have done your text, send them over to your mail using copy and paste and send them to your own address. Read your own mail and check the formatting because that is how your text will appear on the blog.

And to finish it up, NEVER EVER FORGET to click the send button! Otherwise, your mail would never reach our address!

Okay, that was all I need to tell about the challenge. Just for note, if you feel that your formatting is not good enough, you don’t have to re-send your own Essay because it’s useless for crying after spilled milk. Make up for your mistake at the next challenge!

Oh, and as for the results, I will try to post them as soon as possible, maybe in a wave of ten everyday if possible.

There are so many things that are needed in the learning process, one of which was a classroom. Without the classroom learning process will not run smoothly. If running, there will be a sense of discomfort. Therefore, the condition of classrooms that comfortably supports the passage of the learning process. But the conditions are comfortable classes like? Classes are comfortable is where the condition of the class clean, besides all the equipment class that supports the course of the learning process to function properly. 

Talking about class equipment, what is the equipment must be present in the class? So many an equipment required in a class in the conduct learning activities. Such as tables and benches and slates are things that must exist in the learning activities. Then in this PENS whether the equipment has fulfilled its class for learning activities? If there is not still quite or nothing to be repaired what the hell? I think class equipment provided by the PENS very adequate to support the course of the learning process. But it is unfortunate that there are several classes of equipment not working so that it can interfere with the learning process. 

One example that I often encounter is malfunctioning air conditioner (AC), therefore for the sake of convenience and it helps smooth learning activities immediately corrected, because otherwise the conditions in the classroom will be very hot, especially if during the day. Indeed, there are ways to overcome this can be done by opening a window or door to air ventilation but still air that enters through the window is not too cold so the conditions in the room remained hot and stuffy. If the door is opened, the bustling sounds of the outside also interfere concentration in learning activities. For another example is the LCD projector malfunction. Now this is a very rare model of  learning using the blackboard, which is common to use a power point that contain material then displayed via an LCD projector. So what if the LCD projector is not working? the result is a learning activity was disrupted, learning time that should be maximized to be reduced due to borrowing cut off with the LCD, not to mention if classrooms are used away from the BAK. Therefore it is better to fix it or if it is damaged can be replaced with new ones. 

Another thing to must interest is the board, although in the learning activities are not too use the blackboard, but it would be nice if the whiteboard is used in the learning activities. Although a little expensive because of the use of markers, but I think it's better maintain the cleanliness of the dust generated when we use the blackboard using chalk. And I think the last thing to note is the student bench, a bench that was not suitable to be used it is better replaced with new ones. So it can be concluded that the actual equipment PENS classes provided for the learning activities are complete, but it would be nice if that can’t be used should be repaired or replaced with new ones.

- First and foremost, It's a wall of text. Yes, before I edit it there's just a wall here, but I split it into four paragraph to make it far easier to read.

- You should learn about the order of words. I noticed that some of the writings will be improved if you used the correct order, for example at the first paragraph "Classes are comfortable is" can be changed into "Comfortable classes are conditions where the class is clean".

- Try to use conjunction words, those conjunctions will help you to connect two sentences into one.

- I also noticed that some of the questions are out of places. It might be better to just state them instead of asking first, especially in an Essay.

- Try to avoid the word "thing", use instruments, steps or other actual word to avoid ambiguity.

The New Equipment in classes

Firstly, did you know what is equipment ? equipment is a tool that has a certain function to do a certain job, so what about classes ? well, classes is a place where some people gather together to reach a goal.
so in this task, i'd like to tell you if this is about a new tool for developing a better classes around us.

The first step in this task is that we have to analyze first what the right equipment to be applied, so the question is, " is the new equipment appropriate to the goals you have set for the course?" But, a considerations when using an existing equipment is really another thing that is really important to do, because we will know the conclusion from it like strength and weakness from the process we did.

After analyzing the equipment, the second thing is the quantity of the equipment, the number of equipments in a class must be balanced enough with the number of students in a class, this consideration is a must, so we will have an effective process to reach our goal widely.

Then, it is about a workspace, the main question is "is there any sufficient workspace around the equipment?"
if not, this will be a problem because the process will be limited and not as effective as usual.

But how about the durability of the equipment itself ? is it working well?
this is really a vital point in a class because if it is broken, the process in a class will be nothing.

Then, Will the new equipment enhance students’ understanding ? if no, then we have to upgrade it and make a better system for a better understanding in a class, but, if yes then we already got the point and we have to keep the strength that we got and try to improve it as we can.

Next, it is about the source, is there any source of funds to cover its purchase ? this is really an important point to increase the effectiveness of our system in a class, because if we got an uncounted students or the equipments itself that is needed in a class, the fund is something that we have to press it as minimum as possible, so we can stabiize the uncounted students or the equipment.

But how about a broken equipment ? we have to make a clear arrangements to report the broken equipment and fix it as soon as possible so the process of teaching and learning will not be stopped,  in other way, we have to make a clear procedure on each equipment so the broken or misunderstanding of using the equipment will be reduced to as minimum as possible, in addition we have to announce the procedure if it is needed especially for a complicated equipment to be used, and to avoid a broken equipment at a crucial times for a better arrangement,
we have to prepare a backup equipment on each class at least 10% of the maximum stock of the equipments. so we can change the broken one with the backup immediately.

Well that's all about the essay of "The new equipment in classes", i'm sorry if i got mistaken or something like that, i hope it is useful.

- The question "did you know?" or similar questions might be good to be used in an article, but in an Essay the question is unecessary, it might be better to just write the definition right away!
- Try to avoid repetition of the same word in one sentence, for example the first sentence of second paragraph.
- I might have include this in the previous point, but this one is quiet important. Avoid repetition of the word "The". It used to refer something that has been mentioned before, so if it hasn't been mentioned, use "a/an" instead.
- Avoid the word "thing", it shows that you don't know what to say or write.
- Mostly I agree with this Essay, before conducting a repair or buying a new equipment, we need to analyse what will we buy or fix.

Do you know a class? Have you ever heard this word before? What is the
meaning? I’m sure that majority people will say that a class is a room
of students to study in school and campus. Is it Right? I think yes
because in the very past event I also had those opinion.

Based on KBBI, class is level; room as studying place in school;
society group based on education level, income, power, etc; group,
collection(based on any equivalent of characteristic); Bio
classification in biological after division and before natoin. 

In my point of view, a class is a place for students to gather, studying,
and learning any lesson. The lesson can be from lecturers or any
reference like internet and book. Actually, lesson must be suitable
with the curiculum. So, classmeets need something to make the learning
procces succesfull. That needed can be devided into 2, there are
something real and something abstract. For abstract thing needed in a
class is like good personality and excellent attitude. We can mention
that patient, care with other, respect, friendly, diligent, smiling,
competitive, polite, honest, and many other belongs to good
personality and excellent attitude. I will talk over some of them
only. The first one is patient. Do you know the reason of including
patient to learning instrument needed in class? Patient needed in
every part life, so learning in class include it. The next one is
polite. Every classmeets must be polite to other. For example, one
student have polite attitude, when he/she need help, many classmeets
offer help to him/his. But if one student have impolite attitude, when
he/she need help, little classmeets offer help.

The next thing or instrument needed in a class is real thing, such as
good room, complete reference, complete media, etc. Good room is one
of instrument needed in a class. Why? Because place for someone
learning has effects of understanding lessons intensity. For example,
the lighting in room, has effect to students who have eyes diseases
like myopic, etc. The next one is complete reference. Do you know why?
Cause reference can increase the understanding intensity someone from
lessons. For example, someone named “A” who hasn’t book reference with
someone named “B” who has book reference. I’m sure that “A”  can’t
understand the lesson completely, while “B” can understand all side of
lesson clearly.

After discuss all about what needed in class, we can get a conclusion
about new instrument that needed. In my point of view that problem,
new learning instrument needed in class is complete the abstract and
real equipment, like what I has mentioned above. So after that, we can
study and learn in enjoying class with full of understanding lessons.
And then on the next exam, majority clasmeets get well result. Not
only those, from doing that students especially moslem like me, can
get many barokah, safety, and ridho from God, Allah SWT. Continue if
looking future,n it is very useful for us working world, because we
have those attitude correctly.

 Review :

- First and foremost, the formating here is really bad! There are no spaces between the paragraph and the indent doesn't even added (I supposed you type it on Phone?). Next time, try to send your email to your own address to see how it will looks like in the blog.

- Despite the bad formating, the grammar and tenses used in this Essay is rather good. I almost find no major mistake to point other than the word choices.

- The word "Do you know..." is not a good way to start an Essay. Instead, directly define what you are asking "Class is a ...." like in your second paragraph.

- Avoid using the word "things" try the word "Instrument".

New learning Instrument for classes

Providing some facilities in the classroom is an important factor in supporting learning activities in education.Sufficient facilities will help the student to apply their knowledge to good implementation.The facilities that are being used by students in PENS are LCD Projektor, Smart Attendance Machine,tables and chairs etc.

But conversely, if less precise in using the facilities the student's achivement will not maximum. Therefore, the learning activities need to use appropriate facilities so that a predetermined learning can be achieved efficiently. 

But as time goes by it is necessary to provide  new facilities according to the needs of students in the class. PENS have provided sufficient facilities in the classroom and outside the classroom.After knowing the conditions of learning in the classroom and after learning in my point of view PENS need new facilities in the classroom for instance sink and water dispenser.

Availability of sink quite important since most PENS's student at night were still in the classroom to do their assignments occasionally some of them bring some foods and eat together in the classroom while they work on. So there is no need to go to the toilet to wash their hands because there is a sink in the classroom, it will help the students  to continue doing their the task. Even if at the  learning activities there are some students who feel sleepy so they can immediately wash their face in the sink without going to the toilet.So students won't lose the material explained by the lecturer.

Besides that a water dispenser is quite important too for students, it will lead the students to refill their water bottle if it is empty.It cannot be denied that to stay focused on what lecturer explain to the students somehow they need to drink for awhile in order to accept the materials and keep that in  their  brain.When their water bottle is empty ,the students have to go to the canteen to buy water reluctanly.The students that are thirsty choose to keep silent and pay attention to the lecturer rather than go to the canteen to buy a drink.In fact the students cannot focus on  what is being taught by the lecturer.In this case the water dispenser may solve the problem.

It can be concluded that the learning activities in class need adequate facilities to facilitate students and teachers in the process of Learning Activities weather technology  or non technology facilities.In order  to make these facilities can be used continuously  it need the role of the Student in keeping and caring to the facilities .

Review :

- Several sentence will be easier to read if you try to use Passive voice, for example at the last sentence of the first paragraph.

- Hmm... I must say that these improvements are very Luxury, I might choose to sleep in these comfy classroom instead of my room!

What Equipment Should Be in Classes? By : Adhisma Alzahra Siddinanda

EEPIS, as we know, has many equipment installed inside the classes. Air Conditioner, LCD Projector, black board or white board, etc. We’re only needed to use these equipments as it must. But, as user of those classes, I think there’re a lot of things they should add into the classes. So, we can study in class like we’re having home. But don’t worry, I won’t suggest a swimming pool in a class.

First of all, management need to add more electric socket on every side of class. Why? It’s a blah if we aren’t, sometimes, using our laptop to do some duty in class. And with those lack of electric sockets in a class, hardened us to do these homework (I know we should do homework on home, not on class). So with add some electric sockets, it will be far better.

Secondly, we need an AC reserves on each class. Sometimes, main AC doesn’t work properly. With AC reserves, the classes’ temperature are remain same, even when main AC can’t work. Or, if management can’t fulfill this, they should repair those broken AC. I found some classes has broken AC in it, so it feel hot everytime we use the class.

Third, we need a gallon of mineral water in class. I know it sounds weird. But my former Junior High School applied it. And everyone on my former class feel satisfied with it. Of course, we feel satisfied with it. Besides we don’t need to go to canteen to buy some mineral water, we can avoid to spend some amount of money, just for buy a bottle of water. Instead, we only need to bring an empty bottle and fill it on nearby mineral water source (not a fountain—it’s not Dota). You know, far from our parent and have limited amount of money is the main issue we’re talking here.

Fourth, add curtains for D4 classes. It’s annoying when we’re having presentation in class, then the sun shine through windows. It’s okay with the outer windows. They applied curtains there. What I mean is those windows that directly faces to D4 Main Hall. The architecture of D4 building itself, allowing sun shine to go through the hall, thus indirectly shine the class. With these curtains, we can avoid it.

Fifth, we need an access point in every class. I know they’ve installed so many access point on every side of EEPIS. But it’s not enough. Sometimes we can’t connect to eepiswlan connection when we’re inside the class. And sometimes we can’t get a fast connection, because the access point itself, being accessed by many laptops (and even computers) in a time. By adding an access point in all class, we can keep our connection inside the class as well as in outside class.

Sixth, why don’t they add a LAN socket? One day in PS building, I found a class has two LAN sockets installed in it. I don’t know why they added such socket in PS’ classes. But, I think if we’re having those in other classes, we don’t need another access point in class. Only bring our very own LAN wire, plug it into laptop and the socket, and make the laptop the access point. It’s way more simple and need less money than what I’ve suggested on a paragraph before it.

Seventh, and the last, we need a printer inside a class. With those reports we must submit, obviously we need to print it before submit it. With those printer installed in a class, we –once again—don’t need to spend too much money. Just buy some F4 papers, and print it through the class’ printer. Again, we talking about limited amount of money here.

These are all equipment addition I want in a class. I know management won’t accept all of them (even they won’t accept these at all).  But yes, there’s nothing wrong with keep our hope live, isn’t it?

- It's cheerful and adding jokes in it makes it better. However, I do not recomend to do this on an actual Essay competition because Essay supposed to be formal.

I want to give my idea about some new equipment in my department in Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya . I think in Mechatronic’s laboratories are fully equipped with many tools and facilities, so we can try to use it when we have a practice lesson. There’s no perfect for us as a human, we always feel not enough for any facilities another person given to us.

 For the first is AC, there’re some lab and classroom which AC isn’t work, you know that Surabaya have a hot temperature up to 30 degree, if the AC isn’t work the lesson would be very hot and the student would be uncomfortable. It probably effect student spirit of studying in class, so the solution is change the broken AC with the new AC.

Oh my lab there’s an AC that broken and the liquid from the AC are falling down on the floor and that was very disturb our work and also very dangerous for other electrical equipment. So we need the new one.

In Mechatronics Engineering we can learn how to operating a PLC (programmable logic Controller) for me this is very important because PLC is an important part of controlling a machine or several machine automatically. Mechatronics Engineering we only have one type of PLC, SIEMENS. But in Industries, there are many type of PLC such as OMRON, SCHNEIDER,FESTO, etc. so we can learn different style of PLC’s programming. Each PLC have their own specific, such as input-output, and voltage which PLC can receive. so we need it to learn each of PLC product. I know that cost of the PLC itself are very expensive, but we can make the student keep their spirit of studying.

The Third is electric supply in several place which we called “Stop Contact” sometimes work and sometimes doesn’t work. In laboratory, there’s so many stop contact there and I think all of those are working and for me there’s no any problem about electric supply in my laboratory. In south Canteen area that there’s a stop contact but there’s no electricity for any electronic tool, we can charge our laptop and phone there but in another way that place is very comfort. So we need that to help us doing

The Fourth are about practice lesson again, it’s about tool called decade resistor. While our class have a practice using this tool, in another class have a post test which need a decade resistor and automatically our class can’t do any practice lesson. That was wasting our time which we didn’t do anything because the tool are given to another class, So we need some new tool to evade that problem. And for manufacturing lab we need more wider area, because I thing that it’s to narrow and just a little space for man and more for machine.

That’s all my opinion about new equipment in our laboratory, because we’re student who need
to learn more wide and we also can increase our skill with that facilities. For me facilities are very
important to increasing the student skill and abilities in our class

Review :
-It is a good idea to use Ordinal Numebers such as First, Second, Third, etc , but you might want to use sequencing with "Next"and "Lastly".
-When there's a tobe, be it is, am are or their second form, don't forget to add -ing at the verb. Unless it's a passive word.
-Watch out! I noticed some missplaced word. for example, the And at the fourth sentence of the sixth paragraph. And is not supposed to be put AFTER a dot".", the correct word for this sentence is "As"
-Nice use of relative pronoun, keep it up!
-Note : Put your text in the body of mail next time, okay? the text messed up unless you did so.

In this life, all come from a simplicity. Then, technology changes the simplicity into something which is very useful in all aspects of human life.Originally technology is only to help a man in fulfilling their needs, but as the development of it, there was a transfer of technology functions.

In education aspect,the technology always in changing everytime.Intending to improve the softskills and hardskills quality of students in the schools.Example for the writeboard,the materials was changing from sabak stone,black board that’s can be written by chalk then until now using whiteboard that can be written by boardmarker pen. I also see the development of the equipment in the classes like at the chair, table, attendance listing, personal cupboard,adding LCD projector for presentation method by using computer and the style of the school building itself are always updating following the era.

I have many idea about the new learning instrument for classes to improve the quality of the students in the classes.But it’s need little bit expensive in price because, the learning instrument technology was updated. I imagine if PENS has the technology,the student’s quality was improved in maximality and I think in Indonesia,the technology still not available and no one yet to using it.

The first technology I called “auto attending ins”.The ways of working of the instrument by using detector,like smart card.But I think it more simple and effective.It’s work when the teacher entering into classroom,that’s instrument autodetecting the teacher and the students on the classroom the autolisting the attendance list.The instrument detecting the teacher and the students by detecting the chip in the smartcard using sensoring technology that sensoring to all sides in the classroom. Because the smartcard detector  in PENS sometimes not detecting the teacher’s smartcard to open the class’s attending list.So, if it’s occurring like that,We must using manual attending list with paper class list,then, it must confirmed to BAAK to fill the attending list in online system and it’s not effective. And sometimes too it’s not listed properly nor not listed in online attendance system.  

The second technology I called “auto our feel ins”.The instrument is for improving the works of the Air conditioner in the classroom and the instrument is for fixing the using of air conditioner’s timer.That’s I think not too effective in works.Because, the timer works during the the time not the condition of the class.Hot or cold is not for the reference.So if the students in the classroom feeling chilled,the air conditioner still on. And its very disturbing and reducing focus the students in the classroom.The auto our feel ins in work following the temperature detector.So if in the classroom the temperature was very hot, the instrument will work and commanding the air conditioner to turn on and the temperature in the air conditioner be setted to the certain temperature.In example in classroom was 38 degress celcius,feels very hot to study.So,the temperature in the Air conditioner would be setted to maybe 18 degrees celcius to equalize the room’s temperature and  get comfortable room temperature and cool to study.

   The last technology for my essay I have an idea to using a solar cell for electricity needed in every room,Because it low in cost,more environmental friendly and effective utilize electricity sources in than we always using electricity from PLN.If the voltage,power or in current electricity still too small to run the big machine in laboratory,we can add more solar cell or maybe combine with electricity from PLN

In PENS, I think many of the classes equipment have been completed.But, I still have few recommendation to add some equipment in the classroom like,LCD screen beside the writeboard,dump in every classes that placed in front of classes,good and fix LCD in some classes that still have no LCD or the LCD were broken,chalk or boardmarker stock in every classroom and broom and dust pan every classes.so if the classroom was dirty, we can cleaning on it before we use it for studying.

That’s all of my essay about the new equipment for classes.I’m sorry if in my essay there’s still many false in grammar,tenses or maybe in the meaning and word typing.

- Okay... I must admit this one is good, but.... Next time, please put your Identity on the mail and also a Tittle for the Essay.
- Paragraph two, First Sentence. The word "in" should be deleted, it's already good with "always changing"
- Inapropiate use of past continous tense at Paragraph two, Second Sentence. The word will be nicer to use a simple past tense. "The materials changed from"
- Watch out with the use of 's after a word. it could make the word "that" into "that is"
- Paragraph Three, Second Sentence. The use of "has been updated" will be better because you are using passive voice after the because's coma.
- Paragraph Three, Third Sentence. The use of "will be" will be better because you are using the word "if" before.

- Other than some minor mistake, this Essay is good. And... yes those mentioned here are expensive, but using solar cell will be troublesome, isn't it? it needs sorching heat to fuel a room's electricity and if we put it in every room... well... the entire campus might turn into a giant grilling zone.
 

my opinion about "new learning instruments for classes" By : Bagas Adi Pamungkas

               Learning instruments are important to held any classes. To improve the efficiency of the classes activities such as debating, writing essay, presenting a presentation, etc. without it classes activities will be hampered and not going well even the classes member can’t be a productive member. But, when we have the learning instruments which we use for the classes, we still need the new ones to improve the classes to be more productive.

                The first new stuff we need is sound system. We need it for the classes because we can listening and learning to dialogues of English native speakers, so we know the accent they are using for the dialogues. The next stuff is LCD projector. It is an important stuff for the classes, also for presenting some presentation. Without the LCD projector, the presentation will not going well and become not attractive for audience. The third stuff for the classes. Absolutely we need chalks. We oftenly write on black board to give written information for the members. But, the uses of chalks are temporary. We need to maintain the stocks of chalks oftenly. If we forget to maintain and run out of chalks stocks the classes will not going well, even become not productive. The next one is stuff we will always need, writing desk. Without writing desk when the members are going to write some written information or write an essay the members will not comfortable for writing without any desk.

                The fifth stuff. When we have writing desk we also need chairs. Without chairs we can’t write effectively on the writing desk. Furthermore it kind of funny when we use the writing desk without chairs. The next stuff for classes is chalkboard eraser. When we do some mistakes for writing some written information on blackboard, we need to remove the mistakes. But we can’t just simply wipe it with our hand or something, we should use the chalkboard eraser when the written mistakes are wider than we thought. It more effectively than wipe it with our hand or something. The seventh stuff we need is gallon of water. Because the class will be held from 6PM till 9PM we need to do some break on middle of class, and we also need water for drinking. So the members will enjoy and attend the whole classes happily and feel comfortable.

                The last stuff we need is trash can. The class have many members in their community, but when use a classroom we need to maintain the classroom’s cleaness. When the classroom’s cleaness maintained by members, the class will be more comfortable and members will enjoy the whole class.

                That was my opinion about the “new learning instruments for classes”. To improve productivity of classes, to make classes more comfortable and enjoyable, and to maintain the classroom cleaness we need all of the stuff like I said before. But it just my opinion about the “new learning instruments for classes”, and as a humankind we aren’t always do something right or even do more mistakes than the right things. 

Review :
- Good! Essential items such as writing materials, tables, chairs and trash cans are ussually ignored, so it is necessary to maintain them.
- You might want to recheck your Essay before sending it next time, there are simple typos in few parts.
- You might want to use "Instrument" or "One" instead of stuff. The word "Stuff" are applicable for anything, even verbs! but it is considered informal to use the word in an Essay.

Classes are the container of lectures in college life. The classes users are not only us but also the lecturers. Some classes are meant to be fun to stay in by put the souls into it. Not only our souls but also the lecturers’ souls. So the classes become more comforable to stay in and we can stay a little longer. But there are some factors that cause we don’t comfort to stay in classes. However the weather in outside worse than in inside. So I give suggestions about what are the equipments we need for our classes.

First, according to our problem is comfort. We are become uncomfortable because of the weather. The weather in outside is hot. So the weather inside or in classes must be more cold. As we know, the weather of Surabaya is hot as hell. I say that because I've been live here since 1 year old. It is no doubt why malls around Surabaya are packed with people, since those places are less hot compared to the city itself. Thus what we need here is air conditioner. The air conditioners are put in each classes. I knew that the current air conditioner aren't turn on every time to thrift the electricity cost. We need it because now is summer and its occupant is many, so it can be wisely if the air conditioner keep turn on until the classes are over. Why? I think the current air conditioner are not appropriate with the current occupant. I did’t say that the college management were not calculate the occupant. But I think the current air conditioner are istalled in long time ago. What I want to say is, the current air conditioner is can’t make the classes temperature more cold because miscalculated between the strength of air conditioner and the current occupant of classes. The college management should change the current air conditioner with the new one. I think it can be realization slowly start from next semester.

Second, distraction will come in any shape or form. Including another students. No, I didn't say our classmates are total distraction, what I objected here are people outside our class. As we know, our classes are installed the windows, either in D4 (the newer) building or D3 (the older) building. What I want to say is, it is sometimes we tend to look outside from the class instead of the lecturer in front of us. Why? Simple, it is more fun to observe what is happening out there and sometimes, if we lucky enough, something funny will happen. What I want to say is, distraction will come out from nowhere, to prevent that we need curtains, window curtains. It will help us to watch what is written and happening in front of the class. Observing people is something you can do after the class and I know it is a fun thing to do, because sometimes I do that too.

My coclusion is I think the college management should read or hear our issues. So they can consider the wise decision. I and the other students here realize that actually these are our dreams which are cannot be accomplished for now because some issues, such as money issues. There’s nothing wrong in dreaming, especially dreaming about the dream class and all. But don't just demand our rights for the dream class but also do our liability, which is to learn. Thus, stay positive and energetic.

- Paragraph One Sentence four. A more suitable word for this one is "there are some factors that cause discomfort to stay in classes". You don't have to use "we" for his sentence because readers will know who feels unconfortable, even without telling.
- Paragraph Two, Second sentence. Don't forget to add v-ing after tobe, except if you are using passive.
- Paragraph Two, Third sentence. The word "outside" has already shown where the event happened.
- This is a rather fun Essay to read. but, maybe you should reduce using "Why?" too often.
- Maybe my only complain is at second paragraph. it's too dense! you should be able to split it into two Paragraph.

THE NEW EQUIPMENT FOR CLASSES

We know that an equipment is acritical part which supporting succeded ana ctivity. Whithout a complete equipment we will get some difficult to do an activity. For example we want to eat something. We need a plate, a spoon, and a knife for equipment. Let’s imagine if we don’t have those equipment, how will we eat ? This is only a little example how urgent is an equipment to support our activity.

In a class as universal we know that we can find chair, table, whiteboard, and boardmarker. But i think we need more equipment to do an excellent lecturing activity. Why ? Because we know that in 2015 , Indonesia preparing their human resources to compete in Asean Economic Comunity (AEC). If we only have class with chair, table, whiteboard and boardmarker as an equipment, i think it’s too universal for classroom, another classroom in other place have it too. We need something different. We need something which can improve our human resource knowledge. So what is an equipment we need ? I think we need a projector, some computer on each class, an internet connection and message box. Why we need them all ? Let’s discuss it one by one.

First, we need a projector. Why projector ? Some lecturer are teach their student using a power point not write their material on whiteboard, so i think it will be more efficient for student to understand it if we have a projector to display it material on power point into student. With this, student can read it material beside hear an explanation from  lecturer.

The second is some computer in each class. Why we need some computer in each class while we know that we have many computer in laboratory ? Because if we only use a computer in laboratory we only can use it when we have a practical work time. Beside them ? I think we can use the computer because the laboratory is used by another class an we must wait until the laboratory empty to use it. If we have a computer in each classroom we can improve our skill better than if we don’t have a computer in class because we can use it every time we want.

The third is an internet connection. If we have a computer without internet connectivity it same with we have a clothes but you don’t use it. Internet Conection is something which couldn’t replace by another thing in this time. Because every time we need internet. Internet have all thing we want to know. With internet pepople can increase their knowledge more than people who don’t use internet.

The last equipment we need is Message Box. Message Box is an important thing, because with this, student can write their opinion about lecturer, claas and another problem their have and put it on message box. After it they only must waiting until the message box checked by officer and their problem will be disscused together to find it problem solving. Why we need this method ? Because many people don’t have bravery to say their problem in front of public, with this method they can say their problem without nervous.

Those are  equipment  needed in the class, but that is not all. If we discuss all of them this is will not end because we need more equipment to get the best result. At least, with those equipment can improve our human resources knowledge better than if we don’t have those equipment.

- You might want to add "One" after first, second and third. The "One" I meant is a subtitute, a representative of something you meant before. So, if you say "The first Instrument we..."
at the second and third you just need to write "The second one...", "The Thid One...", etc.
- Remember to add -ing on a verb if there is a tobe in the sentence!
- You need to check for Typos before sending next time. 
- "Why we need them all ? Let’s discuss it one by one." I like this part.
- The Message Box! it's such a good idea, fortunately, PENS Human Resource Department has already implemented this.
